A company needs to evaluate the linguistic knowledge of its employees or prospective candidates for a vacant position quite frequently. The A_BEST Foreign Language Center can facilitate this process through our linguistic auditing services, supporting the client’s Human Resources Department in its endeavours.
The linguistic auditing process can be applied to:
Only 1-2 employees/ candidates.
Only one group of employees/ candidates.
Only one department.
The whole company.
Methodology:
Written test
The candidates are given a written test on the Supplier’s online platform.
Speaking test
Later, there is an individual speaking test, over the phone, of about 10-15 minutes / each person being assessed.
Results
After assessing the linguistic knowledge both through the written test and the speaking test over the phone, the Beneficiary will receive a report with the results in accordance with the standards of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
