Foreign languages – a step up in business

Foreign languages have many advantages in business and language training programs for employees are essential for a multinational company.

“Yesterday Romanians, nowadays citizens of the Planet … According to the EF English Proficiency Index 2016 study, Romania ranks 20th out of 72 countries evaluated worldwide in terms of English language skills that the inhabitants possess and in terms of how they succeed in putting them into practice in social and professional relations. On the other hand, although 98% of EU citizens study English, Romania has a 50% percentage of people who study French, the latter still occupying an important place in its language priorities. As for German, this is the 3rd foreign language spoken in Romania and the 4th mother tongue in the European Union”

Jose Kombo also highlighted

‘’A company that invests in foreign language courses can boost its sales, because by increasing the skills of employees it can avoid linguistic and cultural barriers”

pointed out Aura Icodin, Founder & CEO – A_BEST Foreign Language Center.

Companies looking for language courses for employees need to consider a few key elements when choosing a language training provider. According to Aura Icodin, „these are some of the most important elements: the market experience, the customer portfolio, the team of trainers, the teaching method, the ability to customize training programs and the financial offer.”
